Nunu day nurseryWe are committed to healthy eating and offer a fresh, tasty and balanced menu that is rich in the essential food groups, based on careful consideration of current nutritional advice. We steer away from processed foods instead preferring traditional home cooked recipes and our meals are freshly prepared on the premises each day.

We cater for special dietary requirements for all children whatever their age and we also offer a separate weaning menu for those children under one.

We actively encourage a variety of foods to help ensure that the children within our care obtain the wide variety of nutrients they need to stay healthy.

Crackerjacks Day Nursery & Pre-SchoolWe use a local Organic Box Scheme for our fruit & vegetables, much of the produce is seasonal and varies form month to month, this is used to teach children about different fruits & veg and talk about where they come from and how they are produced, the children love tasting the different flavours. We are just preparing our own veg plot, the children will be planting carrots, potatoes & peas, what can be better than that?

Borough of Telford & WrekinWe are the Education Catering department for the Borough of Telford & Wrekin. We currently provide school meals for 66 primary schools and 8 secondary schools. We are working with all schools toward a whole school approach where the meals we serve are backed up by an education program focussing on the key benefits of healthy eating. A significant tool in this is our fun educational website for primary schools http://www.myschoollunch.co.uk/telford - this also includes an area for parents and will soon include a teachers section containing teaching packs and curriculum information sheets.
