FMB is a campaign to provide real school food

Real school food

Jamie Oliver's been campaigning to ban the junk and get fresh, tasty and, above all, nutritious food back on the school dinners menu. Help us prove that school meals can be better. Start a revolution in your school dining hall.

Sign the petition

The petition is now closed. We collected 271677 signatures and delivered them to No 10 Downing Street on 30 March 2005. The campaign became front page news and government annouced a massive cash injection for school meals.

Get the FMB starter pack for schools

The interest in the pack has been fantastic! So much so that the Feed Me Better starter pack for schools has now sold out.

You can still download some sample pages here and don't forget there's lots of useful info on school dinners and the Feed Me Better campaign available on this website.

Get Jamie\

The Jamie's School Dinners TV series is now out on DVD.

This is how the Feed Me Better campaign all started. See what happened when I took charge of a London borough which serves 20,000 school meals a day. Instead of constantly looking for instant gratification kids got a proper meal and they never looked back. This is a neat little 2-disc package with all 4 episodes as well as some choice extras like my top tips for getting kids to try something new, some deleted scenes and stuff on the Feed Me Better campaign.

Want to cook more healthy

Inspired to try this at home? You can find a load of easy recipes for fresh, tasty family meals in Jamie Oliver's latest book.
